SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Exchange, you may receive the following error message:
The MAPI spooler has unexpectedly exited.This error message occurs only if the The Microsoft Network Online Service information service is installed in your profile.
CAUSEThis error can occur if your Remote Mail headers file is damaged.
RESOLUTIONUse Windows Explorer or My Computer to delete your Remote Mail headers file. The file should be in the Windows folder, with the file name
MOS<user name>.rhcwhere <user name> is your Windows 95 user name. After you delete this file, it is automatically rebuilt.
