TMGR: Date Format Uses Control Panel Short Format

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Team Manager, date formats are not affected by the Long Date Format settings in the International/Regional Settings tool in Control Panel. Instead, the Short Date Format drives the format of dates in Team Manager. The Work Calendar view, however, uses a format similar to the Long Date Format.
