Help Annotation Marks Not Saved On RISC Computers

SYMPTOMS

WinHelp annotation marks are not saved on any RISC computer.

CAUSE

The RISC version of WinHelp33.exe is creating a corrupt .ann file. The x86 version does not exhibit this problem.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
