TMGR: Filter or Sort Removes All Blank Tasks But One

SYMPTOMS

When you apply a filter or sort, all blank rows beyond the last item in the plan are removed but one. This also happens when you are trying to combine a filter and a sort.

NOTE: This behavior does not occur when you use the Grouping functions followed by filtering or sorting.
