TMGR: Task Percent Complete Is Rounded

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Team Manager, progressing tasks that have small values of work completed, relative to their total work, show a percent complete of 1%. When the Percent Complete field is displayed, any value less than 1%, but greater than 0%, is displayed as 1%. This does not have an effect on Microsoft Team Manager's internal calculations of related functions, like BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed).

NOTE: When using OLE Automation into Microsoft Team Manager, the task's Percent Complete property returns the rounded value.
