SUMMARY

When you print or preview a Works Database in List view, the right-most field may not print or show in print preview. This will occur if the field contains no information or is blank.

MORE INFORMATION

If you want to print a field with no data in it, for example, to show the field name, you must enter a character into at least one cell of the right-most field you wish to print. You may enter text, numbers, or a space in the cell, if the space is preceded by a double quotation mark(").

You may also enter a space preceded by a double quotation mark in the last record you want printed, to print extra blank rows down to that record.
