SYMPTOMS

When you copy an outlined group of tasks from one team file and then paste it into another team file, the outline structure is not retained.

CAUSE

When you copy and paste across team files, Microsoft Team Manager only copies the text. It does not copy all of the information about a task.

WORKAROUND

After you copy the tasks from one team file to another, indent each task manually to create the desired outline structure.
