SUMMARY

When you add a person from your e-mail address book, only the name and e-mail address are added into the team sheet.

Many e-mail systems provide the ability to display other information about the users of the e-mail system. For example, some e-mail systems provide fields that contain the user's office phone number, manager name, notes, and other such similar information. This information, however, is not used by Microsoft Team Manager
