TMGR: Toolbar Title Not Readable When Using Large Fonts

SYMPTOMS
When you set the video display resolution to greater than 640x480 and
select a large font, toolbar title text may be very small and unreadable.
CAUSE
Toolbars show titles when they are undocked. When a large font is used, the
title area of the toolbar does not increase in size sufficiently to
accommodate a larger font.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the
beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
