TMGR: File Open Box Always Displayed When Viewer Is Started

SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Team Manager Viewer from Team Manager for team members, the File Open dialog box is always displayed. This behavior occurs even when Microsoft Team Manager Viewer is already open and viewing the correct team file.

WORKAROUND

There is no workaround for this behavior.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior occurs only once, and only under the following conditions:

  1. You open Microsoft Team Manager Viewer before Microsoft Team Manager for team members.
  2. You switch to Microsoft Team Manager Viewer from Microsoft Team Manager for team members by clicking the View Team Status button.
