SGI Audio Library Output Plugin for XMMS 0.9

This little output plugin for XMMS should let allow you to output audio
directly to the SGI Audio Library. It seems to work well on my O2 and Indy
computers, but your mileage may vary. See the BUGS file for problems I've
encountered so far. Also, I've never used the GNU autoconf system, so please
excuse my lack of an automated configuration and build process. I'd be
happy to accept instruction or help in this area, however. So please send
me any bugfixes or improvements so that I can include them in later versions.

The plugin should be easy to compile and install. 'make; make install'
should work, given that you have the proper priveledges. I've only used gcc
to compile it, however. If your environment is different from mine, you
may need to edit the Makefile to point things at different directories or
to use a different compiler.

The code for this plugin is originally derived from the audio code from mpg123
and the plugin code from the esd output plugin. I don't know if any of it
is still there, I've pretty much changed every line. Credit should go to the
authors of both of those programs, however, as I probably wouldn't have
written this without both of those codebases.

This program is covered under the GNU General Public License. See the
COPYING file for details.

Btw, this code has nothing to do with SGI. They didn't hire me to write it
or anything, so please don't call them with questions or problems.

Thanks,
Jesse Barnes (jbarnes@sgi.com)
