Problem Description: 

4052850  double entries in /etc/mtab for TMPFS with patch 104451-01
4012894  mount -o nosuid option does not work with tmpfs
         The mount will appear to work, but "nosuid" is not honored.


Patch Installation Instructions: 

1) As root, make a copy of the original mount_tmp:
   mv /usr/etc/mount_tmp /usr/etc/mount_tmp.FCS
   
2) Copy over the new mount_tmp from the patch directory:
   cp mount_tmp /usr/etc/mount_tmp
   chown root.staff /usr/etc/mount_tmp
 
3) Remount any current tmpfs filesystems.
