If you login to a system running 5.x using a ttyport and rlogin to a 4.x system then the 
values of the tty settings get changed. The flow control flags are reset to off. 
This causes flow control problem on the terminal.

 NOTE: Even though this patch release is rev -05, only one bugfix
       is addressed by this patch.  Previous revs of this patch which
       addressed the same bug were never officially released.


INSTALL:

1) login as root
2) mv /usr/etc/in.rlogind /usr/etc/in.rlogind.fcs
3) mv `arch`/4.1.3_U1/in.rlogind /usr/etc/in.rlogind
4) chown root.staff /usr/etc/in.rlogind
5) chmod 755 /usr/etc/in.rlogind
