 NFSWLPD.EXE - Printer daemon for PCNFSpro 1.1.1

Problem Description:

When printing from SCO Unix to a PC print server a control file containing
an "S" subcommand is generated. This "S" subcommand has no meaning in the
DOS/Windows environment, and it was therefore logged as an error. This
patched version of the printer daemon (NFSWLPD.EXE) does not log an error
 when encountering an "S" subcommand.

NOTE:

This patch will correct the problem described above for either PCNFSpro
1.1 or PCNFSpro 1.1.1. The installation instructions are the same for
 both versions.

Patch Installation Instructions:

This patch consists of one executable file: NFSWLPD.EXE. On the system
where PCNFSpro 1.1.1 is installed, exit MS-Windows. Save the existing
NFSWLPD.EXE file and replace it with the NFSWLPD.EXE supplied with
 in patch.

Select the drive where PCNFSpro 1.1.1 is installed:

   C:

 Save the original NFSWLPD.EXE file:

   COPY \PCNFSPRO\BIN\NFSWLPD.EXE \PCNFSPRO\BIN\NFSWLPD.FCS

Install the new NFSWLPD.EXE into the \PCNFSPRO\BIN directory:

   COPY A:\NFSWLPD.EXE C:\PCNFSPRO\BIN\NFSWLPD.EXE

 Restart MS-Windows.

 NOTE:
All drive letter and directory name references are PCNFSpro
defaults. If you have installed PCNFSpro or the patch file on
a different drive, or in a different directory, substitute your
drive and directory names in the example commands.
