Problem Description: 

Start both a dga application and a tnt app. (like jet).

You will noice the dga app's drawing is interrupted and
 started again over and over as the tnt app's rubber band moves around


Install Instructions: 

	Exit OpenWindows, and as root, install the patch:

	mv $OPENWINHOME/etc/NeWS/tnt/window.ps $OPENWINHOME/etc/NeWS/tnt/window.ps.fcs
	mv $OPENWINHOME/demo/jet $OPENWINHOME/demo/jet.fcs
	cp sun4/demo/jet to $OPENWINHOME/demo
	cp sun4/etc/NeWS/tnt/window.ps $OPENWINHOME/etc/NeWS/tnt

	Restart OpenWindows.
