Problem Description:

   This patch fixes
   1087017: GKS fails to render lines correctly w/ linewidth > 1.0 on a 
            monochrome system.


Install Instructions:

   (1) Copy the patch files to your GKS patch directory, $PATCHDIR.

   (2) Add $PATCHDIR/*.o before you link to any other library
       on the linking line in the application's makefile.
