Problem Description:

1166042 Certain highlighting is missing from simple fmli scripts.
The banner title would not appear if one was specified.

1145789 fmli core dumps when terminal is set to a color terminal
If the user executed fmli from a color terminal it would dump core immediately.

1143081 fmli segmentation faults when TERM is set to 615CMT-102k
When the TERM environment variable is set to 615CMT-102k,
for the color 615 terminal, fmli will dump core at startup.
When the TERM environment variable is set to 615 for
monochrone 615 terminal, there is no problem when fmli is invoked.
