Problem Description: 

1164412 :  Sa can report negative numbers

	The sa utility used for accounting can report negative values
	for some of the output fields

Patch Installation Instructions: 

1. Make a copy of the FCS version

cp /usr/etc/sa /usr/etc/sa.FCS

2. Copy the new version
Note : use the sun4 version for the sun4c and sun4m architectures

cp `arch`/4.1.3/sa /usr/etc

3. Change permissions

chmod 755 /usr/etc/sa
