Problem Description: 

1089168 :  env(1) has hard limit of 100 environment variables

Patch Installation Instructions: 

1. Make a copy of the FCS version

cp /bin/env /bin/env.FCS

2. Copy the new version
Note : use the sun4 version for the sun4c and sun4m architectures

cp `arch`/4.1.3_U1/env /bin

3. Change permissions

chmod 755 /bin/env
