Problem Description:

    4008133 Security risk in the libraries.

    Incorporated from previous patch:

    1190728 OLIT 3.3 scrolledWindowWidget scrolls too many times when adding
            characters to last line.
    1213006 If the extension container is attached to FileChooser, it
            has the wrong behavior.
    1180530 Setting string to static TextWidgetClass doesn't work.
    4016104 TextLine Widget dumps core after operating copy/paste/undo to
            the TextLine
    4023131 When you resize the child of upper_ca, the upper_ca doesn't resize 
            itself
