1224545 --> Patch 102880-01 causes cm to display wrong appt lists

Patch Installation Instructions:

1. Make a copy of the FCS version

mv /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/europe /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/europe.FCS

2. Copy the new version
Note : use the same version for the sun4, sun4c and sun4m architectures

cp europe  /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/europe

3. Execute the following to generate new timezone files:

zic /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/europe
