LTKLIB.LIB - Large model Toolkit library

Problem Description: 

Bad file descriptor, error 9 returned from a socket operation compiled  using
Pharlap version 3.1, pcnfs 5.1 and pcnfs-toolkit 4.0 large memory model library,

Patch Installation Instructions: 

 Rename current library file:
 eg:  ren c:\toolkit\lib\ltklib.lib c:\toolkit\lib\ltklib.fcs

 Replace current library file with file supplied in this patch:
 eg:  copy a:ltklib.lib c:\toolkit\lib\ltklib.lib

 Note:
 All drive letter and directory name references are examples. If you 
 have installed the Programmers toolkit on a different drive or in a different 
 directory substitute your drive and directory names in the example 
 commands.
