Problem Description: 

1233484 on sun4m systems running 4.1.3_U1, get "be0: Link Down - cable problem" 	messages intermittently.


Patch Installation Instructions: 

	mv /sys/sun4m/OBJ/if_bqe.o /sys/sun4m/OBJ/if_bqe.o.FCS
	cp sun4m/if_bqe.o /sys/sun4m/OBJ
	chmod 755 /sys/sun4m/OBJ/if_bqe.o
