Problem Description: 

     cannot connect to mainframe host using IBM CICS Client 1.0.
     GPF if blank lines exist in services file

Patch Installation Instructions: 

   This patch consists of one file: WINSOCK.DLL.
   On the system where PC-NFSpro and Windows are installed 
   exit Windows, save the existing file and replace it with 
   the patch file.
 
   Select the drive where Windows is installed.
 
	C:
 
   Save the original file.
 
	COPY C:\SOLARNET\BIN\WINSOCK.DLL  C:\SOLARNET\BIN\WINSOCK.SAV 

   Replace the original with the patch file.
 
	COPY A:\WINSOCK.DLL C:\SOLARNET\BIN

   All drive letter and directory name references are Windows defaults.
   If you have installed Windows or the patch file on a different drive
   or in a different directory substitute your drive and directory names
   in the example commands.
