Problem Description:

1231599 YP caches host info for too long and does not honor the refresh times from DNS
(from 103708-01)
1253598 rpc.nisd_resolv source modifications and rebuild for BIND 4.9.3

Special Install Instructions:

This patch requires the sparc libresolv.so.2/BIND 4.9.3 patch, 103667-01,
to be installed on the target system.
It is recommended to install the following patches:
        102980-07 or higher rev       sendmail patch
        103279-02 or higher rev       nscd/nscd_nischeck rebuild for BIND 4.9.3
        103703-01 or higher rev       nss_dns.so.1 rebuild for BIND 4.9.3
