Problem Description:

        4064634: DtTerm widget has a spin loop

    Incorporated from previous version:

    1205397 Selecting text in a dtterm window can result in visual defects.
    4062422 dtterm loses the status bar when scrolling in 'jove'

You may see the following error message when installing this patch:

./installpatch[73]: syntax error at line 18 : `"' unmatched
mv: cannot access /tmp/resolvedfiles.24

This is due to incorrect formatting in the original pkginfo file
and will not affect proper patch installation.
