   4008132 Security risk in the libraries

   Incorporated from previous patch revision:

   4031809 Xview subwindow panel items not repainted when obscured by main 
           window
   1229317 textedit -read_only and -Er command line options do not work
   4006246 Textsw_index_for_file_line() returns the unexpected character 
           index number
   4050254 WIDTH of MENU_ACTION_IMAGE does not match Indicated Value under 
           XView 3.5.1
