Problem Description: 

   Fixes bug that causes aradmin to crash when floating point numbers
   are specified in the filters.
Patch Installation Instructions: 

   0) Shutdown helpdesk
   1) Make a backup copy of the original aradmin file
   2) Replace the working copy with the one provided in this patch.
   3) Restart helpdesk
