If you login to a system running 5.x using a ttyport and rlogin to a 4.x system then the values of the tty settings get changed. The flow control flags are reset to off. This causes flow control problem on the terminal.

INSTALL:

1) login as root
2) mv /usr/etc/in.rlogind /usr/etc/in.rlogind.fcs
3) mv `arch`/{4.1.1,4.1.2,4.1.3}/in.rlogind /usr/etc/in.rlogind
4) chown root.staff /usr/etc/in.rlogind
5) chmod 755 /usr/etc/in.rlogind
