Problem Description: 

1150617: The unix context of lwp was corrupted when asynchio
read with cancel is used intensively.


Patch Installation Instructions: 


As root:

Make a backup copy of the files to be installed:

mv /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/lwputil.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/lwputil.FCS

Now install the patched files:

cp `arch -k`/{OS Release}/lwputil.o /sys/`arch -k`/OBJ

Rerun /etc/config <kernel-name> and make and install the new kernel.
