Problem Description: 

 Bug Id: 1131435

The system fails with the following:

"Panic: physio unlock" when running Sybase, around once per day.

Patch Installation Instructions: 

 As root do the following:
  mv /usr/kvm/sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/ipc_shm.o /usr/kvm/sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/ipc_shm.o.fcs

 If you are running SunDBE:
  cp 4.1.3_U1_dbe/{sun4m sun4c sun4}/ipc_shm.o /usr/kvm/sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/ipc_shm.o

 If you are not running SunDBE:
  cp 4.1.3_U1/{sun4m sun4c sun4}/ipc_shm.o /usr/kvm/sys/`arch -k`/OBJ/ipc_shm.o

Rebuild the kernel and reboot the system with the new kernel.

building and booting new kernels.
