Problem Description: 

	Counter to generate 10 ms. "clock tick" interrupt is slow by
	500 nanoseconds due to incorrect initialization of the counter 
	limit register.

Install Instructions: 
 
    mv  /sys/sun4m/OBJ/clock.o  /sys/sun4m/OBJ/clock.o.<today's date>

    cp sun4m/{OS Release}/clock.o /sys/sun4m/OBJ/clock.o

    Then, build, install, and boot a new kernel.  Please refer to the
    System and Network Administration Manual.
