Problem Description:

Bugid : 1121794
Customer tried formatting sd1 and sd2 (SunOS4.1.3 ) and got the
message that both had mounted filesystems, but they did not.

Customer did have sd18, sd19, and sd20 with mounted filesystems.
It would appear that format needs to be smarter and look for more
than sd1 and sd2 in /etc/mtab.

Patch Installation Instructions:

        mv /usr/kvm/format /usr/kvm/format.FCS
        cp sun4m/format /usr/kvm
