        Security Folder
        ---------------
        Provide security information, such as PAP/CHAP authentication,
        on this folder.

<Security Card>

        Click On only if you are using Sun's Enigma Security Card.

        Security card use is turned off by default.

<None>
<We Authenticate Them With>
        If you clicked "Security Card" On, this is automatically
        set to None.

        Otherwise, set this to Pap or Chap based on the preferred
        authentication mechanism used by our side to authenticate
        their connection.

        In some instances, you may need to set this to None.

        If you set this to None and you expect to receive incoming
        calls with no caller ID in them, you must enter peer information
        either Pap or Chap for the "They Respond With" since this is
        the only way for SUNisdn to identify the caller. Fail to do so,
        the incoming calls will be rejected for reason of failing in
        authentication.

<Pap-Token-Chap>
<Both>
<They Authenticate Us With>
        The assumption is that other users will be using some security method.
        For that reason we always send some sort of authentication. If none
        are required by the remote system then sending authentication will
        have no effect.

        If you clicked "Security Card" On, this is automatically
        set to Pap-Token-Chap.

        Otherwise, set this to Pap or Chap based on what authentication
        mechanism is used by the other side to authenticate us.

        In some instances, you may need to set this to Both. In that case PAP
        security handshakes are attempted first and if rejected then CHAP
        handshakes are tried.

<Pap>
        Stands for Password Authentication Protocol.

<Chap>
        Stands for Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol.

<We Respond With>
<Pap ID>
<Pap Password>
<Chap Secret>
<Chap Name>
        Acceptable values for these are determined by the other
        side, so check with the administrator on the remote side
        to get valid values for these fields.

<They Respond With>
<Pap Peer ID>
<Pap Peer Password>
<Chap Peer Secret>
<Chap Peer Name>

        We, or an administrator on our side, determine valid values
        for these fields. We expect the other side to be sending
        these values as we try to authenticate them.

<They Respond With, Only Required>
<for Incoming Call with no Caller ID>
<Pap Peer ID>
<Pap Peer Password>
<Chap Peer Secret>
<Chap Peer Name>

        We, or an administrator on our side, determine valid values
        for these fields. We expect the other side to be sending
        these values as we try to authenticate them.

        These fields may be set to Chap or Pap when "We Authenticate
        Them With" is set to None. The purpose of these fields is to allow
        us to receive incoming calls from other sides when the "use caller
        ID" is off and the caller ID provided on an incoming call is ignored.
        PPP manager must rely on CHAP or PAP information to find a path.

        For example, we(Sun), they(Ascend) and in the case of Ascend
        calling Sun, we use Chap for authentication and they also use
        Chap to authenticate us:

            - They Authenticate Us With: Chap
              (will_do_authentication chap in isppp.cf)
            - Chap Secret: set to RECEIVE password on Ascend
              (chap_secret in isppp.cf)
            - Chap Name: set to connection profile name on Ascend
              (chap_name in isppp.cf)

            - We Authenticate Them With: None
              (require_authentication off in isppp.cf file)
            - Chap Peer Secret: set to SEND password on Ascend
              (chap_peer_secret in isppp.cf)
            - Chap Peer Name: set to Ascend name
              (chap_peer_name in isppp.cf)

<Reset>
        Reverts back to the last values applied by doing a Save in any
        of the isdntool windows. All values changed in the window are
        lost.

<Defaults>

        Restores the default values for the parameters in this window.
        This will override any previously saved values if you Default
        and then OK (save).

<OK>
        Saves all global and specific parameters for all connections
        into the file /etc/opt/SUNWisdn/isppp.cf. The window then
        closes automatically.

        Isdntool will make a SINGLE BACKUP COPY ON EACH Save. If you
        make a mistake in applying the configuration, the old configuration
        file can be retrieved from /etc/opt/SUNWisdn/isppp.cf.bak

<Save>
        Saves all parameters (including parameters on other pages!)
        associated with this connection to an intermediate file.

<Save & Dismiss>
        Saves all parameters associated with this connection.
        Parameters are saved to an intermediate file.
        After saving, this window is closed.

        Note that this only saves THIS connection.
        You must again press "Save and Dismiss" on the
        "PPP COnfiguration Options" window (the one showing the
        Connection Database) in order to save all parameters
        associated with all connections to the PPP configuration
        file /etc/opt/SUNWisdn/isppp.cf.

<Dismiss>
        WARNING: this exits the "Connection Settings" window without
        saving any new data you may have entered for this connection.
