Files included with this patch:

fontman.exe - Windows version of font manager utility.
   pw1118.exe - WIN32S as a self-extracting archive.
win32s_notes.ps - Postscript document providing additional information
	             about using win32s.
ctl3d32.dll - This library should be installed on the Windows system
		     as well.

Problem Description:

An empty .fon file is created using the native PC-X 1.0 font tools,
corrected by the new font manager shipped with this patch.

Patch Installation Instructions:

This patch is targeted for pc's running Windows.
   To run fontman.exe:

   Make sure WIN32S is installed. pw1118.exe is a self-extracting
archive that includes WIN32S, (note if it is already on your
   system, omit this step).

The win32s_notes.ps file is a postscript document that was
obtained by printing to a file from an HTML browser pointing
   at the following URL:

	http://www.abackus.com/techsupport/content/Platform/Windows/
		W32Troub.txt/W32TROUB.TXT.html

Having configured the basic Windows system properly, run fontman.exe
Which performs basic font conversion and is self-documenting.
