Problem Description:

4224366 CST may not launched if the cst_pid contains a pid of a running process
 
(from 110220-01)
 4365655 CST 1.1.3_AMS daemons multiply and consume all system resources

Special Install Instructions:

*   become the super-user
*   ensure that this patch is applicable to the CST software running
    on your machine.
         $ pkginfo -l SUNWcstve
    Note that the package SUNWcstve version CST1.1.3_AMS must be installed
    before you apply this patch.
*   ensure that all the patch scripts in this directory have execute
    permissions for the super-user
*   run the installpatch script
      $ ./installpatch .
*   ensure that the CST heartbeat(csthb) and CST daemon(cstd) are running.
