All these packages are just compiled source packages. To save space all are
compressed with bzip2. If you don't have a system with bunzip2 abvailable get
the sources here:   http://sources.redhat.com/bzip2/
To install just go into the package directory and do a "make install"
This will install everything in /usr/local/. If you don't like this
installation path change the makefile.
