(BTW, I haven't contacted themabout this; yet...)oWhat I've Done So Farj================K1. I'm trying to enable SYSUAF based user authentication (we have 150 usersnand want- them to use their own id's and passwords)lC2. I've added a second realm to Purveyor which references DLL file:SE "purveyor_root:[PURVEYOR.SAMPLES.SCRIPTS.DLL]sample_auth_vax.dll"tA3. I've added a secondary IP address to the machine and it works. H4. I've added a virtual server which references the second realm and thesecondary IP#5. I've enabled logging and tracingP
My Problem	=========tKI can't get Purveyor to bring up a username/password prompt unless I enable an accessiGcontrol list for the home directory of the second realm. I'm using filef=PURVEYOR$HIDDEN.GAC which contains the following single line:d$ Allow-user: *,SYSTEM,*,new_realmJWhen I do this, I enter a "SYSUAF valid" username/password but my login isbounced:-ONLY by the rule for the access control list.oIInspecting the log files proves that the DLL is working and the SYSUAF isbeing testedIbecause entering a bad username/password pair fails authentication in the log but enteringIa valid username/password passed in the log. However, the rule for access control list9PURVEYOR$HIDDEN.GAC fires and the page access is bounced.eQuestion======FDoes anyone know how to bring up a username/password prompt without anaccessDcontrol list. I've gone over the manuals a dozen times. Am I missingsomething here?.
