K Luckily, my saved sessions always contain DECterm windows.  I found that if J I restarted DECwindows (@SYS$STARTUP:DECW$STARTUP RESTART) and logged in aK second time, the problem went away. However, your System F processes will be mapped to the small page file (if it's on the systemA disk) and could become full causing performance to be reduced and A could even cause the system to fail. What I have found to be best D performance boost is adding more Core Memory (RAM) especially if theE swap file is being used, then increasing WSextent and Pagfilquota for C the processes. Now if you have large amount of paging from the page : file, then check how the process is accessing it's memory.  

That is rather difficult.   O You would first have to DEINSTALL the swap/page files on those disks before you  can continue with the dismount.   L I have only done this once or twice - more out of curiosity than necessity -K and had a rather difficult time doing so.  I would tend to believe that you L would have to shutdown the applications using those swap/page files and then

If we print 6 lines the F printer will print the 6 lines with no problem.
