One way to make sure  I this is the problem is to set the idle timeout value to something really  A low like 5 minutes and see if he still gets disconnected after 5  5 minutes. I log in 2 sessions when I come in in the morning (between 7:00 and L 7:30 AM) and they remain connected throughout the day until I log out when IN leave (usually about 4:30 PM).
