Have you manualy configured the  : fastpathing for the devices, or letting VMS do it for you?  J As your not on VMS 8.2 you can't use "show fast", so try "show cpu/fu" to 3 determine what devices are fastpathed to what CPUs.   G Is the high mpsync and interrupt mode time, spread across all the CPUs  ! pretty equally, or just one/some?   K Are you running TCP/IP Services and the scaleable kernel?
