I can access a page normally and then get a J failure on the same page five seconds later.  Or vice versa.  When I get aM failure, I can often just wait a few seconds and do a refresh.  The page then  comes up normally.  O The protection (including acls) on the files is not changing, nor is the apache  account in the uaf.   K The behavior indicates that apache is changing uics dynamically or screwing L with its identifiers dynamically.
