I use myF dynamic-DNS provider.  Since he obviously knows my current IP address,F he will allow email from that IP address (no authentication necessary,F from whatever From: address I choose) to go out through his server.  IA pay EUR 85 per year which includes this feature, among many, many I others, a much better package for less money than I've seen at any other  < dynamic-DNS provider.
