Call it a character flaw.Q> Ease of installation/use in the hobbyist world should translate directly to theR> corporate (for profit) world, in my view. Few - if any - packages from "OpenVMS,O> Inc." or third-parties require (or offer the option of) building from source;<> so, I believe this genre of code should follow that model.D Few, if any, non-free products come with the source code. Yes,@you need MMS (hobbyist licensed) or MMK (free), and a C compilerG(hobbyist licensed), and you need to read and follow the instructions. GIf something's not clear there, feel free to complain about it. If youAwould like to enable some optional stuff (like SSL support), moreHreading is required. If you are unwilling to run a VMS version which isEreasonably up-to-date, and you are unwilling to gather the few commonEtools which would be necessary to build the product from the sources,4then you may find that I'm not terribly sympathetic.'> %LINK-W-NUDFSYMS, 1 undefined symbol:(> %LINK-I-UDFSYM, DECC$NANOSLEEP> Steve S.?
