This program provides subroutines to read the ODS-2
directories and file headers.  We have used this to write our own
DIRECTORY command.  The program included here is a directory lister
which will follow the subdirectory tree structure.  It produces a
directory in "outline form" where each subdirectory's files are listed
indented from the subdirectory name.

	The routines used in the directory program are general purpose.
They have been used by the operations staff to determine disk usage
by UFD and to search the directory structure for selected files.

			the TBS_ERROR routine.
