	These programs provide a set of tools to monitor VAX performance
and usage.  Complete (well... maybe not SO complete !) documentation can
be found in STATS.DOC.  This whole system runs with logicals so that
the various files can be spread out.  Logicals are defined in STATLOGIC.COM.
You will have to change them for your site.  Datatrieve definitions are
contained in DOMAIN.COM, RECORDS.COM and PROCS.COM.  All the procedures are
for plots on the VT125.
	To compile/link all the programs, type @STATBUILD.
