NOTE: Potential users of UNIX KERMIT should first look at the file KERMIT.C,
which is the same as all the UX*.* files collected together, but also has
improved comments, and some bugs fixed.  It has been compiled and run
successfully on TOPS-20 under the University of Utah C and UNIX environment
(PCC), but has not yet been tested under UNIX itself.
