C PLTABS subroutine to switch from HIPLOT graphics relative mode
C        to absolute mode.  Output to the plotter is through the
C        PLTOUT subroutine.  The EZPLOT graphics routines operate
C        in absolute mode and the Calcomp-style primitives use 
C        relative mode.
