1 USERS
 Displays a columnated list of the interactive users on this system, or
 any other VAX/VMS system reachable by DECnet-VAX.

 Format:

      USERS [node-name::]
2 Parameters
 node-name::

  Specifies  that  DECnet-VAX  should be used to obtain a user list
  from the PHONE object on the remote system.  The  user  privilege
  NETMBX is required to use this parameter.

  If omitted, a list of all users on the local system is displayed.
