This  year  PSDI is submitting new version of its previous submissions. The
ever  popular  VAXNET  is  now  at version 8. It includes several important
new  features  including support for the XMODEM file transmission protocol,
wild  cards  in  the SEND/GET filenames, batch mode operation, and improved
HELP. A slightly improved version of AUX, the auxillary keypad DCL program,
is included. It has been made more efficent as well as correcting a problem
with  the  help display. The third submission is a set of DECnet procedures
that make managing a network easier. Included are examples of the technique
used   to   write  privileged  command  procedures  that  can  be  used  by
nonprivileged users.
